How do I cancel automatic renewal of my subscription?
Subscriptions paid by bank card or credit card automatically extended at the end of your initial subscription period. If you wish to *cancel, amend or discuss your plan please call customer services or send us an e-mail with a contact telephone number. Our support team are friendly and helpful so please don't hesitate to call us - you are special to us!

How does phone billing work?

We recognise that some members prefer to pay by mobile therefore we have developed a simple to use web to mobile billing system which is approved by all major networks in the UK - www.payforit.org/
If you wish to use the mobile billing method simply click the 'pay by mobile' icon on the payment page, enter your mobile number in the space provided and follow the instructions on the page. An unique pin number will be sent to your mobile which please enter onto the web page and your account will be charged by your network under the name SF Mobile.
